Who we are

What Fatesight is

Fatesight offers astrology and palm readings, reports, sketches and related features, many of them written or drawn by AI. They are for entertainment and self-reflection. They don't predict the future, and they aren't medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Fatesight isn't available in Pennsylvania, and the palm photo feature is off in Illinois, Texas, Washington and Colorado.

AI

Readings, sketches and chat replies are made by AI systems, and we say so where you see them. AI can be wrong or repeat itself: treat what it writes as reflection, not fact.

Buying

Before you pay, the payment page shows the price, what's included, whether and how often it renews and at what price, the date of the first renewal, and how to cancel. Payments are taken by Stripe, or by PayPal where the payment page offers it and you choose it; your card or PayPal details go to them, never to us. Charges show on your statement as FATESIGHT.COM (with PayPal's name in front for a PayPal payment).

Memberships

• A membership renews automatically, at the price and interval shown when you bought it, until you cancel.
• If it starts with an introductory price, it renews at the full price when the introduction ends.
• You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason, from the link in any of our emails or on our home page. It then ends at the end of the period you've paid for, and you keep access until then.
• We send the reminders that the law and the card networks require before a charge.
• If we change the price of your membership, we tell you at least 7 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.

One-time purchases

A one-time purchase, such as a report or a sketch, is paid once and nothing renews. It stays in your account.

Your right to withdraw (EU and UK)

If you live in the EU or the UK:

• Memberships: if you asked for your membership to start straight away, you can still withdraw within 14 days with the "withdraw from contract here" button on your account page. We refund what you paid, less the days you used.
• One-time digital purchases: if you asked us to deliver it straight away and confirmed that you then lose your right to withdraw, you can't withdraw once it has been delivered. Our refund policy still applies.

If something is wrong

If you don't recognise a charge or have a problem with a purchase, please write to support@fatesight.com first: we answer and put things right quickly. If you dispute a charge with your bank, we cancel your memberships at once so your card isn't charged again.

Using Fatesight

Use Fatesight for yourself and lawfully, without trying to disrupt it or copy it at scale. The readings, reports and images we make for you are yours to keep and share for personal use, but not to resell.

Our liability

We provide Fatesight as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind beyond those the law gives you. We aren't liable for decisions you make based on a reading, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may change, suspend or stop any part of Fatesight, and we'll tell you beforehand where we can. We may also update these terms. The version in force when you buy something applies to that purchase, and we tell you by email about changes that affect a membership you have.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in its courts.
